About TMDC

The Tameside Muslim Death Committee is a private savings group dedicated to supporting the local Muslim community in Tameside. Our primary goal is to establish a fund that can be utilized for Islamic burials upon a member’s death.

We strive to secure burial services at the most affordable rates. In addition, our unique structure allows members to partake in the act of Sadqah. This is achieved by contributing to a communal fund that supports the burial expenses of all members. This way, every member benefits from the collective act of giving.
